Linda Papp, C.E.S.M.T, is a Certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist
trained by Equissage, Inc. She was trained personally by one of
the pioneers of Equine Massage Therapy, Mary Schreiber. She has
an extensive background in massage therapy and equine anatomy and
has been riding and caring for horses for over 15 years. Currently
she is studying for her human massage therapy certification in order
to incorporate horse and rider’s comfort and harmony. Linda
has been primarily riding Classical Dressage for the past three
years and is the assistant trainer at Hidden Bridge Farm in Ridgefield,
CT under head trainer, USDF Silver and Gold Medalist, Carol Popp.
Over the past two years, her dedication to Equine Massage Therapy
has helped to improve gait fluidity, soundness, temperament, and
the overall well being of a vast variety of horses in all disciplines.
It has also helped to educate riders and owners about the importance
of keeping their horse’s muscular system healthy and working
properly in a balanced and harmonious way.
